Heidi is a certified leadership coach, consultant, speaker, and champion for women leaders ready to turn what ifs into what’s possible. Over the past 20+ years, she has worked alongside emerging and established leaders to help them rise with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
Her path includes authoring Her Rise Her Rules: 7 Secrets of Successful Leaders, a book inspired by interviews with over 100 women leaders across the U.S. and grounded in the 2,500+ hours spent coaching women navigating their own leadership journeys. Through this work, Heidi experienced the power of women leading on their own terms, breaking past barriers, building influence, and creating thriving careers and teams.
